Purpose:

As part of the project to consolidate IT systems across children’s services, a solution is required to integrate on-line referrals into the Mosaic case management system. This solution will help to streamline processes and support the redesign of the children’s services front door.

Decision:

RESOLVED - That the referral portal be purchased from the Mosaic supplier as an addition to the Mosaic system for an initial two year period

Reasons for the decision:

Option 1 - Do not procure a portal and therefore do not create a system for integrating on-line referrals into Mosaic
Option 2 - Develop an in-house IT solution
Option 3 - Purchase the portal from the Mosaic system supplier
