The cost of Installing vehicle restraint system along the A670 and
for the approval of the appointment of Joe Roocroft
RESOLVED - That:
that the delegated approval for this award is accepted and that the
framework is awarded to:
•Joe Roocroft
Option 1 - The preferred option would be to
award the scheme to Joe Roocroft and Sons Ltd. The implementation
of the scheme is essential to increase the levels of safety along
the high speed section of the A670.eliminate the risk of further
degradation and retainment of this vital structure
Option 2 - The alternative would be not to proceed with the works,
which will leave this section of A670 with sub standard containment
levels.
