Consultation process
Consultation was carried out as part of the
planning process prior to the approval of the development. This
process resulted in the requirement for the developer to enter into
a S106 agreement and to pay a commuted sum for improvement of
public open space within the
landscaping on the verges at A62, Wall Hill Road through to Doctor
Lane, to provide wildflower/bulb meadows.
