Consultation process
5.1The Council advertised the proposed
disposal of land that was potentially considered as open space on
21 July 2017 and 28 July 2017. This consultation has resulted in
one objection being received from the Oldham Group of the Ramblers
Association. This objection is attached as Appendix One.
5.2All Chadderton North Members have been consulted regarding the
proposal and no objections have been raised.
