RESOLVED - That:
- the Council proceed to acquire the two areas of land (shown in
Appendix One) subject to the provisionally agreed heads of terms
(set out in Appendix Two) and;
- Following acquisition, the Council enter into an agreement with
the ESFA (or proposed School sponsor) providing rights across the
Council's land.
