20/06/2018 - Proposal to allocate Section 106 resources from DB 360 - Land at Jamiat-Ale-Hadees Mosque (PA/330749) for improvement to Tudor street public open space with a new path, seating area and associated landscaping (sensory garden)

RESOLVED - That:
To allocate £ 4276.10 resources (including interest) secured through Section 106 planning obligations from DB 360 - Land at Jamiat-Ale-Hadees Mosque (PA/330749) to Environmental Services to fund improvements to Tudor Street public open space by creating a new path, seating area and associated landscaping (sensory garden)
