RESOLVED - That:the Council:
•Declare 2 areas of land compromising Asset 183 and Asset 701,
known as North Chadderton Lower School and land adjacent to North
Chadderton Lower School surplus to the Council’s operational
requirements and;
•Advertise for sale, the 2 areas of land including that which
could be considered Public Open Space known as Asset 701, land
adjacent to North Chadderton Lower School and;
•Note the sole objection to the proposed disposal of the land
that has been identified as potentially forming Public Open
Space.
