RESOLVED - That the Council;
- Declare the areas of land shown edged red and blue in Appendix
One surplus to the Council's operational requirements.
- Provide authority for Council officers to market the two areas of
land with a view to completing a disposal in accordance with the
terms outlined in Appendix Two.
