1.	Apologies For Absence Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillor Heffernan and Councillor Sedgwick.

3.	Declarations of Interest To Receive Declarations of Interest in any Contract or matter to be discussed at the meeting. Minutes: There were no declarations of interest received.
4.	Public Question Time To receive Questions from the Public, in accordance with the Council’s Constitution. Minutes: There were no public questions received.
5.	Minutes of Previous Meeting PDF 74 KB The Minutes of the Saddleworth and Lees District Executive held on 28^th January 2016 are attached for approval. Minutes: RESOLVED that the minutes of the Saddleworth and Lees District Executive held on 28^th January 2016 be approved as a correct record.
6.	Saddleworth and Lees Budget Report PDF 106 KB To inform Saddleworth and Lees DE of budgets to include proposals and recent funding requests Additional documents: Appendix A , item 6. PDF 285 KB Minutes: Consideration was given to the report of the Saddleworth and Lees District Co-ordinator on the breakdown of expenditures to date and proposals for expenditure for 2015/16 and for consideration of potential budget commitments. Members raised issues with groups submitting requests for funding very late. Bids which were not received in a reasonable time could not be allocated. Members also gave consideration to a late request related to Dawson’s Field. RESOLVED that: 1. The funding allocations made during 2015/16 be noted. 2. the allocation of £2,000 for Saddleworth Tennis Club be approved. 3. the allocation of £500 for support to the Uppermill Whit Walks be approved. 4. the allocation of £1,000 for support for the Saddleworth Village Olympics be approved. 5. the allocation of £975 for support for the Saddleworth Youth, Sports and Community Association be approved. 6. support for the Community Safety initiatives in Saddleworth and Lees be deferred until June. 7. support for Environmental Improvement Projects in Saddleworth and Lees be deferred until June. 8. support for Health and Wellbeing initiatives in Saddleworth and Lees be deferred until June. 9. support for Dawson’s Field be deferred until June.
7.	Petitions This is a standing item related to petitions received for the Saddleworth and Lees area for consideration by the District Executive in accordance with the Council’s Petition Scheme. There are no petitions to note. Minutes: There were no petitions received for noting.
