Election of Vice-Chair The District Executive is asked to nominate a Vice-Chair for the rest of the Municipal Year 2018/19 Minutes: Members were asked to nominate a Vice-Chair for the rest of the Municipal Year 2018/19. RESOLVED that Councillor Stephen Bashforth be nominated Vice-Chair of the Royton District Executive for the rest of the Municipal Year 2018/19.
