1.	Apologies For Absence Minutes: In the absence of the Chair, the meeting was opened by the Constitutional Services Officer who asked the Committee to nominate a Chair for the duration of the meeting. RESOLVED that Councillor Phythian be nominated Chair for the duration of this evening’s meeting. Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Chadderton and Larkin.
2.	Urgent Business Urgent business, if any, introduced by the Chair Minutes: There were no items of urgent business received.
3.	Declarations of Interest To Receive Declarations of Interest in any Contract or matter to be discussed at the meeting. Minutes: There were no declarations of interest received.
4.	Public Question Time To receive Questions from the Public, in accordance with the Council’s Constitution. Minutes: There were no public questions received.
5.	Election of Vice Chair The District Executive is asked to elect a Vice-Chair for the duration of the Municipal Year 2018/19 Minutes: The District Executive was asked to nominate a Vice-Chair for the duration of the Municipal Year 2018/19. It was moved by Councillor M. Bashforth and seconded by Councillor Roberts that Councillor Phythian be nominated Vice-Chair. RESOLVED that Councillor Phythian be nominated Vice-Chair of the Royton District Executive for the duration of the Municipal Year 2018/19.
6.	Nominations to outside bodies and sub-groups Members are invited to nominate representatives to the Royton Sick and Needy Trust and to the Health and Wellbeing sub-group Minutes: The Committee was asked to appoint its representatives to the Royton Sick and Needy Trust and to the Health and Wellbeing Sub-Group for the Municipal Year 2018/19. RESOLVED that: 1. All six Royton’s Councillors be nominated Trustees of the Royton Sick and Needy Trust; 2. Councillor Marie Bashforth and Councillors Phythian be appointed to the Health and Wellbeing Sub-Group.

PDF 52 KB Minutes: Consideration was given to a report of the Royton District Coordinator which sought to review the allocations for 2017/18 and inform on the budget allocations for 2018/19. RESOLVED that: 1. The content of the report be noted; 2. The allocations from 2017/18 budget be noted; 3. Councillors’ Individual Budget allocations for 2018/19 be noted.

Dates of Royton District Executive Meetings for Municipal Year 2018/19 The dates of the Royton District Executive meetings for the Municipal Year 2018/19 will be: Monday 16^th July 2018 at 6 p.m. Monday 15^th October 2018 at 6 p.m. Monday 26^th November 2018 at 6 p.m. Monday 21^st January 2019 at 6 p.m. Monday 4^th March 2019 at 6 p.m. Minutes: RESOLVED that the dates and times of the Royton District Executive meetings for the Municipal Year 2018/19 be noted: Monday 16^th July 2018 at 6 p.m. Monday 15^th October 2018 at 6 p.m. Monday 26^th November 2018 at 6 p.m. Monday 21^st January 2019 at 6 p.m. Monday 4^th March 2019 at 6 p.m.
