It was MOVED by Councillor Akhtar and SECONDED by Councillor H Gloster that the application be APPROVED.

On being put to the vote 7 VOTES were cast IN FAVOUR OF APPROVAL and 3 VOTES were cast AGAINST with 0 ABSTENTIONS.

DECISION: That the application be GRANTED, subject to:-

1.     The Applicant entering into a legal agreement for a £160,000. For the improvement of the play equipment on the adjacent park and the provision of off-site affordable housing.

2.     The conditions as set out in the report. 

3.     A further condition that the visibility splay must be in place prior to the commencement of development.
