Issue - meetings

Members gave consideration to a report of the District Co-Ordinator which advised the Failsworth & Hollinwood District Executive of the budgets aligned for the 2018/2019 municipal year.

It was noted that Ward Members had paid for Ash Street to be resurfaced. In relation to Oak Street, Ward Member funding and money from the capital budget would be used to meet approximately 50% of the total cost.

RESOLVED that:-

1.            The funding allocated to the Failsworth & Hollinwood District Executive for the municipal year for 2018/2019 be noted.

2.            The funding outlined in Section 3 be agreed.
