Issue - meetings

The District Executive gave consideration to a report which provided information on the Failsworth and Holllinwood District Executive budgets and the budgets aligned for the 2017/18 Municipal Year.

The report provided details of the Capital and Revenue budgets for the 2017/18 municipal year for each Ward:

·       Failsworth East – Revenue £10,000, Capital £10,000

·       Failsworth West - Revenue £10,000, Capital £10,000

·       Hollinwood - Revenue £10,000, Capital £10,000

Each Councillor was allocated an individual budget of £5,000.

The Chair advised the meeting there was a typo in the report. Councillors Garry and Councillor Williams had not allocated any monies and the figure within the report should read zero for both Councillors.

RESOLVED – That the funding allocated to the Failsworth and Hollinwood District Executive for the municipal year 2017/18 be noted.
