The purpose of the report is to seek approval
for the Council to accept a surrender of a long-leasehold interest
held by the Riverside Group in respect to the now vacant property
at 21-25 (odd) Thompson Lane, Chadderton.
RESOLVED - That the Council proceed to accept
the surrender of the long-leasehold interest held by the Riverside
Group in respect to 21-25 (odd) Thompson Lane. The terms of the
surrender are set out in Appendix Two of the report.
Option 1 - Do nothing and not accept the
surrender.
Option 2 - Accept the surrender in accordance with the terms set
out in Appendix Two.
