Purpose:

The purpose of the report is to seek approval for the Council to appoint Environmental Engineering Partnership Limited (trading as 'e3p') to carry out some additional site investigation works on the Council's retained land to the rear of the former Breeze Hill School.

Decision:

RESOLVED - That the Council appoint e3p via the Bloom framework.

Reasons for the decision:

Option 1 - Competitively tender the opportunity for a suitable contractor to carry out the remaining site investigation works.
Option 2 - Appoint RPS to complete the site investigation works.
Option 3 - Appoint e3p to complete the site investigation works.
