To conclude the first stage of the two-stage
tender process for the refurbishment of the Old Library on Union
Street (OMA); and approve the appointment of a preferred
construction partner to undertake pre-construction services, and
the further pricing for the second stage tender submission.
RESOLVED - That:
Approve the appointment of Interserve as preferred construction
partner to undertake pre-construction services, and the further
pricing for the second stage tender submission.
Option 1 - Implement the outcome of the first
stage tender process to appoint the preferred contractor to
progress the OMA development to the next stage.
Option 2 – Do not implement the outcome of the first stage
tender process.
