The purpose of the report is to seek approval
for the Council to relax a covenant held in respect to an area of
land at Edge Lane Street, Royton as shown edged red on the plan
attached in Appendix One.
RESOLVED - That the Council seek to relax the
covenant held in respect to the land shown edged red on the
attached plan, subject to the provisionally agreed heads of terms
outlined in Appendix Two.
Option 1 - Do nothing.
Option 2 - Seek a premium to relax the user clause.
