The purpose of the report is to seek approval
for the Council to accept the offer made by the Department for
Education ('DfE') in respect to the former Breeze Hill School
site.
RESOLVED - That following receipt of
independent advice, that the Council proceed to accept the cost of
abnormals submitted by the DfE in respect to the former Breeze Hill
School sote shown edged red on the attached plan (Appendix One). As
a result, the money received by the Council to date, would
represent the final purchase price received by the Authority in
respect to this asset.
