RESOLVED - That:
the delegated approval for these works is accepted and that the
contract for the works are awarded to Hanson Contracting Ltd
Option 1 - Approve the tender award to Hanson
Contracting Ltd for the surfacing of Middleton Road, Royton, in
line with Oldham Council’s Contract Procedure Rules.
Option 2 - Do not approve the tender award to Hanson Contracting
Ltd for the surfacing of Middleton Road, Royton, in line with
Oldham Council’s Contract Procedure Rules
