RESOLVED - That:
Contract is awarded to undertake an environmental report and procured through the ESPO framework which will assist the Council in considering its future options for the property.

Reasons for the decision:

Option 1 - Not to appoint
Option 2 - Appoint RPS to undertake an environmental report via the ESPO framework. The contract will be procured through the ESPO framework. The completed report will assist the Council in considering its future options for the property.
