The purpose of the report is to seek authority
to advertise the intention to dispose of a plot of land identified
as potentially being Public Open Space.
Decision:
RESOLVED - That the Council proceed to
advertise the proposed loss of open space as shown edged red on the
attached plan (see Appendix One).
Reasons for the decision:
Option 1 - Do nothing.
Option 2 - Advertise the intention to dispose of POS.

Option 1 - Do nothing.
