The purpose of the report is to seek approval
for the Council to vary the terms of the current agreement with the
Secretary of State for Housing Communities and Local Government
('SoS') in respect to the proposed sale of the former Breeze Hill
School site.
RESOLVED - That the Council proceed to vary
the terms of the existing contract in accordance with the terms and
conditions set out in Appendix Two.
Option 1 - Do nothing.
Option 2 - Vary the agreement to allow early completion, with the
net purchase agreed at a later date.
