The purpose of the report is to seek approval
for the Council to dispose of an area of land on Broadway Business
Park as shown edged green on the plan attached in Appendix
One.
RESOLVED - That the Council proceed to accept
the highest financial offer received as a resulted of the
restricted tender exercise carried out. As such, it is proposed
that the Council proceed to accept the offer submitted by
Chadderton Hall Properties and progress a disposal in accordance
with the provisionally agreed heads of terms set out in Appendix
Two of the report.

the open market.
