The purpose of the report is to seek approval
for the Council to dispose of an area of land at Oak Road,
Hollinwood.
RESOLVED - That the Council proceed to dispose
of the subject area of land in order to promote comprehensive
redevelopment of the area. The terms for the proposed sale are
outlined in Appendix Two of the report.
Option 1 - Do Nothing.
Option 2 - Advertise the land on the open market.
Option 3 - Dispose of the land to the adjoining landowner on the
basis of a direct disposal.
