To ensure that staffing requirements are in
accordance with service needs and appropriate posts are created to
support this.
RESOLVED - That: pending the publication,
consultation and finalisation of an 'interim' ASO structure and
based on the advice of colleagues from People Services, it is
proposed that the following changes are made to the Agresso Support
team's establishment to facilitate a successful recruitment
process:
Delete the posts of Systems Development Accountant (1 FTE Grade 6)
and Finance System Office (1 FTE Grade 5)
Create new posts of Senior Systems Analyst (Finance, HR
Option 1 - Do nothing and continue with the
existing job Descriptions and Person Specifications which are
outdated and no longer meet the needs of the ASO.
This would result in inappropriate recruitment
which would not provide the essential skills and experience as
required by the ASO

There are no current staff directly affected
or at risk as these are newly created posts and require
filling.
