RESOLVED - That the award of Building
Improvement Grants in the town centre is approved.
Option 1 - . Not to approve the award of
building grants. If the Council choose to adopt this approach then
the Council’s Regeneration aspirations for the town centre
would be delayed and could allow un-satisfactory uses, and the
property’s appearance could further decline.
Option 2 - Approve the award of Building Improvement Grants as
