The purpose of this report is to seek approval
for the Council to supersede an existing development and sale
agreement on a terrace of 10 dilapidated residential properties at
4 to 22 Port Street, Oldham with a new contract on revised
terms.
RESOLVED - That:
It is that the Council enters into a new agreement which supersedes
existing on terms as described in this report.
Option 1 - Do Nothing
The Council could choose to do nothing.
Option 2 Terminate the agreement and remarket.
Option 3 Enter into a new agreement.
