The purpose of the report is to seek approval
for the Council to enter into an agreement with the NHS for the
acquisition of the portakabin style units on Hawthorn Road and
subject to planning, to enter into a separate agreement for the
lease of the units in support of a new childrens nursery.
RESOLVED - That the Council proceed to acquire
the units and immediately enter into an agreement with the nursery
on the basis of the terms outlined in Appendix Two of the
report.

Option 2 - Accept the offer and enter into an agreement with the
nursery provider.
